Refund policy

At TenderPrints, every item is personalized and made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or option selection, or personalization details entered by the customer. But if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or production defect, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@tenderprints.com and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue (and of the package and shipping label if the item was damaged in transit)

Once we confirm the issue, you can choose either:

A free replacement – we remake and reship the item at no cost to you, or
A full refund for the affected item(s), including the shipping cost paid for them.

In most cases you will not need to send the item back. If a return is required for a specific product, we will let you know and provide instructions.

Personalization errors entered by the customer

Please double-check all names, spelling, dates, text and photos before placing your order – we produce your item exactly as submitted. If an error comes from the information you provided, a free remake is not guaranteed. However, please still reach out: depending on the product, we may be able to remake it or offer you a special discount on a corrected reorder.

Order cancellations and changes

Because production begins quickly, you may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@tenderprints.com. After that, your order may already be in production and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Lost or undeliverable packages

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
