1. Check your shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order ships, we send an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
2. Check your account
Log in to My Account with the email you used at checkout to see all your orders, their status and tracking details.
3. Track with your tracking number
Paste your tracking number into 17TRACK to follow your package across carriers worldwide.
Haven’t received a tracking number yet?
Every gift is made to order. Production takes 3–7 business days, and your tracking number is sent once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after it’s created.
